  • add   4 medium baking potatoes
  • add   3 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • add   2 tablespoons butter
  • add   1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • add   1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • add   1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • add   1/2 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
  • add   1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers


  1. Prehead oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cut each potato into fourths.
  3. Hollow out all but 1/4 inch of potato.
  4. In a small skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  5. Add dillweed, salt, and Tabasco sauce.
  6. Spread on potatoes and bake for 12 minutes or until crisp.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. Return to oven until cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot.
