  • add   bleu cheese or ranch dressing
  • add   4 T pickled jalapeno juice
  • add   2 T melted butter
  • add   1 1/2 c Lousianna Hot Sauce
  • add   1 pkg. boneless,skinless chicken
  • add   1 c milk
  • add   1 egg, beaten
  • add   3/4 tsp paprika
  • add   2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • add   1 tsp black pepper
  • add   3T powdered red pepper
  • add   4tsp salt
  • add   2c flour


  1. Cut chicken into 1" chunks and set aside.Mix all dry ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. In medium bowl, combine milk and egg, mixing well. Coat chicken with egg mixture and put into ziploc bag, shaking to coat well. Once all chicken has been coated, allow to rest in refrigerator for 10 minutes. While chicken rests, heat oil in a large pan or deep fryer. Remove chicken from refrigerator and deep fry chicken until golden brown and juices are clear.In a medium to large bowl, mix Hot sauce, butter, and juice and heat in microwave until warm, about 30 seconds. When chicken is cooked, place into bowl with sauce mixture and shake until all are coated. Serve with ranch dressing or bleu cheese.Serves 6
